Our main meals come with chips, mashed potatoes, potatoes gratin, white or organic red rice. At the side crispy cooked vegetables or salad. In the menu, we mentio the chef's suggestion.


BEEF

Center Cut Steak:
200 gr of prime local beef served with mashed potatoes or chips & a mixed salad. Choice in sauce: maitre d'hotel (herbal garlic butter), a dark black pepper sauce, blond creamy green pepper or a mushroom sauce.

Grilled Tenderloin Steak:

200 gram of prime imported Australian tenderloin beef served with mashed potatoes or chips & a mixed salad. Choice in sauce: maitre d'hotel (herbal garlic butter), a dark black pepper sauce, blond creamy green pepper or mushroom sauce.

Beef Teriyaki:
Sliced local beef with onions in a teriyaki sauce served on a hot plate. With slightly buttered white rice & a mixed salad.


CHICKEN

Whole / Half / Quart Crispy Chicken:
Served with chips & a mixed salad. A salt, pepper & ngo-hiang mix on the side.

Chicken Gordon Blue:
A piece of chicken breast stuffed with ham & cheese. With chips & a mixed salad.

Chicken Kung-Po:
Slices of chicken in a vegetable, oion, mild chili & capsicum sauce, served on a hot plate. With white rice & a mixed salad.

Malaysian Grilled Chicken:
Boneless grilled chicken in a mild chili sauce. With white rice & a mixed salad.

Curry Chicken:
Slices of chicken in a Thai red curry sauce with mushrooms & cashew nuts. Srved with rice.

Grilled Chicken in Spicy Yoghurt:
Half a grilled chicken sliced and made boneless, mixed with moderate spicy yoghurt topped with local fried mushrooms. With buttered rice & vegetables. Mango chutney on the side..


Lamb

Lamb Kofta:
Moroccan style minced lamb meat stuffed with goat cheese. With vegetables mixed couscous & a seadless cucumber yoghurt, raita style salad.
